Through a friend's referral, I went to The Ark Physiotherapy and Wellness for physical therapy. I had acute sprains in two areas, and the physiotherapist patiently helped diagnose the symptoms, explained the extent of the injuries in detail, and discussed treatment methods. As the acute sprains began to ease, they also incorporated exercises to assist in strengthening.

Absolutely great facility and staff there. Has been my goto clinic since day One.
Professional staff who have expertise in all sorts of injury, personally has treated multiple body areas, i.e. back, arms, fingers, wrists, shoulders.
Worth paying a visit for some consultation.

Four years ago Kate who was highly recommended by a close friend came to help me with my post hip replacement recovery. She was compassionate, asked pertinent questions to access my situation. Empathetic & patient she taught me exercises in stretching & building up my muscles step by step along the way. Through the months, I have complete recovery. Now I walk, swim, climb, drive & dance.
In my 70s, I have occasional injuries, and Kate always come promptly to treat me. We have become good friends and I thank God for providing me such loving care
